how do i book a transfer?

how can i request a quote?
Email reservations@echawaii.com & give us as much information as possible. Contact info, date, times, address, amount of people, special occasion etc.
We plan the route & handle all the logistics to ensure a smooth experience. An email quote & a link for payment will be sent to confirm your transfers. Our reservations team will follow up with your transfer details and driver contact information.
when should i make a reservation?
We highly encourage wedding parties & group travelers to book 3-6 months in advance.
Our company provides transfers for locals, visitors and their guests that travel to Hawaii from all over the world.
Place a deposit to hold your reservation.
is gratuity included?
18% gratuity is added to all transfer quotes excluding our Private Island tours.
Any tip based on the service you receive is greatly appreciated.
what kind of vehicles do you have?
Our fleet consists of Mercedes Sprinter Vans (up to 13 passengers) & a Grech Freightliner Bus (up to 34 passengers).
All vehicles are equipped with audio & visual upgrades, LED lighting, leather seating, & cold air conditioning.
is this a party bus?
No. Our vehicles are luxury, executive style vans & buses that are used to transport people and their loved ones to and from the party.
However we welcome you to sing, bust a move, laugh out loud, & take a ton of pictures & videos while making memories in our stylish rides!
what is the cancellation policy?
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Please email reservations@echawaii.com to cancel your reservation.
Any changes to your itinerary within 72 hours will be subject to availability and time of request. Cancellations, changes and no shows are charged in full and no refund will be offered.

Booked an airport arrival transfer for my cousins from LA…Super easy to book and the driver met them at the baggage area with a sign…My cousin said the driver, Dustin was cool and was very welcoming to my family. It was really important to me to hire a local because I didn't want to have to go back and forth on directions….The vehicle was really nice, clean, and comfy!…I highly recommend Executive Chauffeur Hawaii. Today was our first day when we experienced Hawaii hospitality in true sense after meeting with Tammy and Dustin of EC.. …They went above and beyond the standard itinerary and took us to various vista point, secret mountains, beaches and amazing lunch at Mike's Kitchen..
